Baby Wearing Strength and conditioning with the baby as the weight. Parents can wear the baby in the carrier of choice or hold the baby freely. Total body strength mixed with cardio and stretching. Mom’s 6+ postpartum up to 1 year (recommended). Older babies still small and willing to be contained would be fine). Baby’s neck should be strong enough to be held over head at times. Each class consists of exercises to strengthen core muscles, pelvic floor, upper and lower extremities as well as improve cardiovascular fitness.
Beachbody Live A mashup of INSANITY Live (Cardio Conditioning), P90X Live (Strength and Conditioning), Core De Force Live (MMA style) and PiYo Live (a music driven workout inspired by Yoga and Pilates) that is a high intensity class with high- low impact options taught in a progressive manner for all levels.
Danz Urbano The ultimate cardio version of a dance fitness class that combines fitness and fun. It is easy to follow
and will leave you glowing.

Yoga, Pilates & Barre Studio Class Description
Barre Strength class inspired by Ballet and dance with a Pilates twist. The class will progress through exercises at the Barre and center floor to challenge your full body, especially your Glutes!
Barre I Beginning to intermediate level strength work at the Barre. Music helps to move participants through a high energy workout building stamina and endurance. Props used are bands, balls and weights.
Barre II Intermediate to advanced Barre class with emphasis on increasing cardio and strength. High energy, low weight, high reps and quicker transitions help tone and shape the body.
Forever FIt A low impact class that will help to strengthen your body cycling through varied intensity to focus on balance, core strength, and total body work.
Meditation This is a practice of concentrated focus to help increase your awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation and enhance personal and spiritual growth.
Mindful Moving Through mindfully strengthening our breath control, flexibility, posture and balance, and core strength, you will leave class more conscious and aware of your body’s strengths and weaknesses. Class always ends with a guided meditation.
What is Pilates Mat
A full body practice to build awareness of body position and core muscles. A sequence of exercises performed from the 5 basic principles: breath, pelvic, rib cage placement, scapular movement and stabilization and head and neck placement. Often props such as balls, bands, rings, blankets and weights are used to help assist or challenge participants with exercises.
Pilates I Ground yourself in the essentials of STOTT PILATES, mastering proper technique to reap the benefits of group classes. This class is suitable for those who have never done Pilates. Develop core strength and stability while heightening mind-body awareness with a challenging sequence of exercises.
Pilates II Intermediate to advanced level class focusing on fluidity, endurance and quicker transitions.
Pilates & Props Work up a sweat while sculpting and toning arms, legs, glutes, back and abs! Using bodyweight along with props, to make this an intense and dynamic class.
Power Yoga This high intensity Vinyasa structured flow class has an emphasis on building strength, core work, releasing tension and increasing stamina, balance and flexibility.
Restorative Yoga A practice that is ALL about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. You are actively practicing the art of stress relief.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga A class runs 75 min. method of yoga that synchronizes breath to movement. The poses smooth transition together through energetic flowing sequences.
Vinyasa Yoga A style of yoga linking movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. The classes aim to connect with oneself, focus within, calm the chaos, and grow in a Yoga practice.
Vinyasa Tone Up Vinyasa Yoga with the addition of light weights to help tone the body.
Yogalates Combining Pilates and Yoga for a total body workout focusing on toning glutes, thighs, stomach and shoulders.
Yoga Fusion A low impact beginner to intermediate Yoga class with toning.

What is a Reformer?
The Pilates Reformer has a horizontal frame with a rolling platform on it, called a carriage. The carriage is attached to the frame by a set of springs of varying resistance. Clients are coached through a variety of exercises to promote strength, agility, balance and flexibility. Reformer classes are accessible for everyone from athletes to post rehabilitation, pregnancy or anyone looking to achieve their next level of fitness.
Intro to Reformer Ground yourself in the essentials of the Reformer, master the proper technique to build comfort with the Pilates equipment and repertoire. Focused cueing and breath work are used to activate the core muscles, build strength, awareness and flexibility. This low-intensity class is perfect for anyone new to Pilates, recovering from injury or has movement restrictions.
Reformer A perfect class for those transitioning from the Essential-Level Reformer Classes. This program continues to build on endurance and strength while improving stamina and agility.
Tower Reformer The tower adds a variety of increased resistance to the movements targeting specific muscle groups. It is recommended that participants should be familiar with Pilates Mat and Reformer when signing into this class.
Gentle Reformer AA gentle version of the Reformer class that is ideal for people starting an exercise program that need to ease into a routine, recovering from injury or have movement restrictions.

Let the music guide you through various drills that will maximize endurance and build strength, while burning calories both during and after your workout. This is your class, you set the intensity; increasing tension when you’re looking for a challenge and decreasing tension for a more leisurely ride.
